Mindfulness Groups

Mindfulness Group for LGBTQ+ Teens

This group, offered to LGBTQ+ identifying 12-15 year olds, will be centered around mindful self-compassion, stress management and self-acceptance. The affirmative and empowering group will help foster connection by giving participants an opportunity to connect with both themselves and their community. Group members will develop mindfulness-based skills and learn to approach their experiences with a sense of compassion and curiosity. Each group will start with a mindfulness practice incorporating elements of meditation and breathwork, and will provide space for group members to explore sources of stress through guided open discussion.

  • $50/session | sliding scale rates available

This group will provide a supportive space for you to connect with yourself and others. Participants will explore the deeply healing practice of bringing mindfulness and compassion to their emotions and experiences. Incorporating meditation, movement, breathwork and mindful self-compassion practices, the space will allow you to release stress, build community and find a space for balance and nurturing through guided open discussion.
